Balmoral event center, the venue for the city people award currently burning down as I type this. The city people award is a society award that recognizes people that have helped shaped the society.
Among those present are, 2face Idibia, Florence Ita Giwa, Genevieve Nnaji and many other politicians, it will also interest you to know that all the guests took to their heels when the fire broke out

that shows negligence of safety by the management of the center and the organizers of the awards. they should put fire preventive measures in such a venue before allowing in for any event.

From newspapers report, a lady's cloth caught fire (she sat close to the caterers); pple around took a table cloth to quench the fire but threw the table cloth away when it caught fire and it was blown up by the breeze in there.....the fire spread afterwards.

Please you guys should be sure of your facts before publishing stories on the internet. I was few metres from where the fire started and there was no bomb explosion. There was even no explosion at all.
