something can come up before the expiration of that three months and it happens that ur second cannot handle it,it might be something which needs the knowledge of a professional which is you...so whay happens then

1. i will not even go to the office 2. it is the duty of the wife to take care of all house chores including babysitting, changing the baby's diapers ETC and perhaps the company is supposed to have some one to replace her until she comes back from her maternity leave.
