The most possible medical condition that could result in bleeding during segxwal intercourse,after intercourse or when a woman is segxwally aroused are many but the most likely one I think could be wrong with her is
Pelvic inflammatory disease - an infection of the female reproductive system. It is the most common and serious complication of segxwally transmitted diseases, apart from AIDS, among women. If detected early it can be treated with antibiotics. However, if it spreads and damages the fallopian tubes and uterus it can result in chronic episodes of pain (in medicine "chronic" means long-term, for life). Of the many symptoms are included bleeding between menses,during sex or after sex.
Kidney diseases are also likely cause of such behavior(bleeding).
Note am not saying this is what is wrong with her,am only saying this is the likely thing medically unless otherwise spiritually
