The Nigerian Police Force (NPF) should be disbanded with immediate effect. The Federal Government should create another force that can perform police duties on a clean slate. recruitment should be strictly graduates and we have so many of them that can cover the whole country. This is the best way to go. some good ones in the disbanded NPF could reapply for the new force. thanks.
