There are fresh allegations that suggest that the new Miss World Leila Lopes is not a black woman and that she used forged documents for her the competition.
According to Argentine’s Infobae, a mysterious man named Charles Mukano forged documentation—including falsifying claims that Lopes is a business administration student in the UK—that allowed her to enter the Miss Angola UK pageant, and subsequently, win the Miss Universe title. Presumably, Lopes resides in Angola and only Angolans who live in Great Britain are eligible for participation. In case those allegations weren't enough to discredit Ms. Lopes, the rumor mill churned out the one unconfirmed tid-bit that is sure to gain more traction in the mainstream media than the original achievement of winning Miss Universe has so far been unable to accomplish:
Ms. Lopes is accused of not being a Black African woman; instead, she is allegedly Cuban and speaks fluent Spanish, whats the difference.
I guess some people can't stand a black woman winning. First it was Miss France and her mean comments about Miss Angola not Fit for the crown and now this!!
For all I care she is a black sister & all black people have roots from Africa.

I am kinda glad ppl are showing their true colours because it shows the world the obstacles blacks are faced with in the global village daily. Barack Obama had to show his birth certificate for ppl to believe he was not born in Kenya. That's why I get so pissed when African leaders mistreat and rape their citizen because of greed. Black ppl have so many outside enemies and even our own damn gov't is our enemy too.

I was thinking the same thing. Well not really. But this is what I think it's all about. She don't look like a stereotypical black girl. While it's cool Africa/blacks got so much diversity, you fools shouldn't be all excited bout her winning. The subliminal message her victory sends is, you have to look like us to be considered beautiful as us. Until a "stereotypical black" girl wins something a global beauty pagent. I don't give a phyuk.
