Barack Obama recently visited Nigeria, and GEJ was there to pick him up. Immediately Obama stepped into the car and they began moving, right there at the airport, there was an interruption of power. And Obama said to GEJ: "I thought yhu said yhur country no longer have electricity issues since it was changed to PHCN? and now even yhur control towers are in darkness". GEJ as a sharp Ijaw man replied: "Ehm yhu see, this problem just started today actually". The Obama said to him, when I'm done here, I'll take yhu back to America so yhu'll see how we run our own systems to prevent such problems and we've never had power outage before"

On the return trip, immediately GEJ stepped down from Obama's car, there was power outage at a building right opposite them. And GEJ said to Obama "I thought yhu said yhur country does not have electricity issue?". And Obama, as a confirm Kenya man replied "Yhu see my friend, that building over there that just experienced power outage, is the NIGERIAN EMBASSY"!
