Fast rising Nigerian rapper, MI Abaga, thinks he should have been crowned the winner of the "Album Of The Year" Award at the headies award last weekend.

2face was giving the award for his 2009/2010 album, Unstoppable, MI took to twitter to bare his mind black and white, read his tweets below:
 

Guys, do you think Nigeria is ready for an hip hop album? should M.I have won the award instead of 2face?

Personally, I think M.I should have won, only in Nigeria will an album produced in 2009 be named album of the year in 2011!!

MI@ only has very few interestin tracks....pls MI u r nt suppose to speak for yurself if truely yu deserve dat award,MI@ doesnt eserve to be the album of d year at all......but yu dey try for rap sha

I have both albums MI2 is good but 2face's album is better. There is more content in 2face's album. MI should work harder to stop Modenine's dominance in the Lyricist on the roll category instead of moaning about not winning the album of the year.

2face's album went on sale for 1000 naira and people still went out and bought the album. How many people would have bought MI 2 for 1000? MI is good but he should focus on his work and stop acting like a baby

Before you complain, read the criteria for the awards. "The list below is the official Headies winners list for works released in the year in review – Dec. 2009 – February 2011".

I need to listen to the 2albums to fully to decide which one is the best.....in other places they do have joint winners..so if both were gud they could have given it to both men.....simply

ive listened to d 2 albums, 2 baba's album is far more better dan mi's album, even if u check dem track by track, even wizkid album even beat mi album, make MI go sidon, abi him wan start beef with 2 baba
