How do you rate wealth and riches in this context?  Do you call a man who oppresses others to get his money a rich man?  We in Nigeria have not forgotten what happened to African Petroleum when this so called richest man in Africa was Vice President of SEC.  Respected and quality wealth to me is using your intellect to make money.  You don't front for corrupt government officials and be called rich.
