i can't imagine what Nigeria is turning into ... this road UMUEZE ROAD, EFFIUM. has been said completed and commision by the Governor of Ebonyi State last four months but see the condition of the road now.

no mind those thiefs  ...... any company that is not any of there own will never do road construction contract ....
them don chop the money carry dirty rob for the road .... just four months of completion and commission  the road don worst more than the way it was...
