In the first place, she can't wear white dressing gown which symbolizes 'purity or virginity' because only a priest on his head will believe a pregnant bride has not known any man - except of course in these days of miracles and born-again she's second virgin Mary -but if the pregnancy is not yours, I think it's ungodly to tie any knot, be it local rope or church cord.
