d trailer driver is a murderer, how can he drive a trailer he knows d break is faulty? he just killed d poor passengers.. may d souls of d dead rest in d bossom of d lord, nd i wish d injured ones a quick recovery

Government has a vital role to play in ensuring only road-worthy vehicles ply the roads. Where there is adequate legal controls and enforcement, trailers are not authorised to carry passengers.
