let`s not mix up issues here. What about the son of an inspector general failling examinations got to do with his father being inspector general? It doesen`t make sense guys.
That your father is a preacher doesen`t mean you will be a star preacher. That your father is a philosopher doesn`t mean you must be wise. Fools are born in the households of the wise. Senior intelligent police officers produce criminals and terrorists. Heros give birth to loosers and weak dudes. Pastors produce wildest prostitutes ever seen... 

Bytheway, who tolled you the inspector general passed this same exam in his time? Do you know how he got to where he is today?
