Dead recorded as building collapses in Nigeria FCT

   The National Emergency Management Agency has confirmed one person dead and many others injured in today’s collapse of a three-storey building in Gwarinpa, Abuja.
Two persons are feared trapped in the rubble.
The building was under construction when it collapsed on the artisans working under it.
Spokesman for NEMA, Yushau Shuaibu, who confirmed it in an SMS, wrote, “A building collapsed in Gwarinpa, Abuja. Many survivors, only one death confirmed by NEMA. Rescue officers working to retrieve other victims alive.”
