Oh no, There's no question at all, If there's,Then from who? . Whatsoever, that prompt those who created these Heartless force called "KAI". Fully occupied by heartless (Thieves,Hooligans, Thugs, Hoodlums). At this junction It's not a suprise that the should go contrarily to the purpose of grouping them . Those who have created them, will soon lost control of them, if the have not already lost control of them from the look of things
