This is not a matter of "it is not fair," and  tomorrow another man will abuse his wife and children, even kill them and nothing will happen. This is child abuse and murder case.The worst  thing is that Nigeria has no laws that will put that idiot behind bars for the rest of his life. All they may end up doing  will be to arrest him, after which he will bell himself out by paying the Police. This is sad. There  should be at least 10 year imprisonment for a man or woman that abuses his/her partner, and 20yrs to life imprisonment for murder.  Nigerian women should help themselves, not just following politicians around. They should start a campaign for serious laws and punishments for angry men that have nothing to offer their wives  than panel-beating.  In fact, they should use those leverages  they use to get new jeeps or Boutiques  from Legislooters in Abuja to get serious laws  passed.
 A man or a woman who with anger problem abuses  or kills should get  jail or prison term. To be frank, Nigeria has no laws for things that are relevant to ordinary citizens in Nigeria. I think it is a shame that those who call themselves leaders are all good for nothing in this aspect. All we hear on television and newspapers is how 5 trillion naira will be spent in buying cars, houses,  executive-legislative looters conferences and  meetings, and even used in buying sex from immoral Nigerian women,especially those in Nollywood.
May the soul of this innocent child torment her killer, any Nigerian leader who will hear this story and do not fight for justice for this innocent child,or help to make good laws that will protect children,women and other vulnerable Nigerian citizens. Amen.  Rest in peace  kid.
