CO-TENANTS NEVER KNEW THE REAL OWNER OF THE APARTMENT UNTIL THEY ALL LEFT ONE AFTER THE OTHER TO THEIR OWN RENTED APARTMENTS.  IT WAS THEN, THEY (CO-TENANTS) KNEW THAT THE PLACE BELONGED TO THE IBO GUY.  HE (THE IBO GUY) NEVER ALLOW THEM TO SHARE IN THE PAYMENT OF RENTS.  THEY EAT TOGETHER LIKE ONE FAMILY.  I WAS PART OF THEM.  IT IS NOT A FORMED STORY BUT REALITY.
