this is not right! how can they send someone who is nbot train to handle explosive material to deactivate a bomb. that u are a policeman doesn't mean u are fit to fight some crime.... they have specialist in every section all anyone of them ought to do is call in tha appripriate section to come and deal with the issue. it's moreorless calling an ordinary police man to fight cyber crime when he/she doesn't know how to power on a computer system
