it may not be drink as u suggested,it can also triggered by bad road,reckless driving of opposing vehicle.though it is a pity that 9jar does not hve road signs and speed control in almost all of our highways.So,to prevent more of this,our govt and road safeties should do more on road signs and over speeding.the drivers needs to be given re-orientation.the vehicle conditions needs to be checked b4 putting them on the roads.9ja hve lost souls due to road accidents.
