He's not ready to comitt to a more meaningful relationship with U Aisha. Either that or Ur standing too close to him for him to see the big picture that is U and appreciate U well enough with potent desire that'l be able to stir him up to want U as much as U want him to. If He's the kind of guy U want to be with, I'd suggest U back out a bit, so his perspective changes, or recreate Urself so he can see how versatile U are, or U could just withdraw permanently and allow a better person that thinks Ur ALL that, sweep U off Ur feet. Choice is Urs... Use Ur head.

Depends on the situation when he actually said that. It could mean that you are somewhat holding back your love for him that he wants u to not hide your true feelings, or that he may not be the one for you...
