Sharrap maybe you should scroll down on ebony.com and see the note the writer put there , dbanj never mentioned co-ownership, she just put it in there to appease the situation dbanj found himself in.

In my chat with D'Banj, he stated that he owned the Mo' Hits label and boasted the house's list of artists, which I included. He neglected to mention that he co-owns the label with Don Jazzy and no one in the Mo' Hits camp reached out to me or the EBONY staff to point that out. However, I contacted their US representative today and she clarified for me that Don Jazzy co-owns the label with D'Banj and we've amended the quote above to include this information. We apologize for any confusion on our parts, thank each of you for your comments and clarification. We appreciate your thoughts and opinions.
