From the Qur'an Al Imran chp 3:133 "And those who restrain (their) anger and pardon men. And Allah loves the doers of good (to others)."
It is reported in a hadith on the authority of Abu Huraira Allah be pleased with him, that Mohammad, the emissary of Allah peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said :
"The man is not a good wrestler; the strong man is in fact the person who controls himself at the time of anger." (Bukhari)
Its only from the Qur'an and hadith u learn more about anger management.

i agree with you but let them be tried of the crime they committed which is 419 except investigations proof otherwise,though they can still be tried for robbery but not armed robbery because there is a great different between the two
