Funny shit. but I've been arrested here (in UK) by community metropolitan cops, for riding bicycle on a busy alley way, (just like pedestrian way sha) I was fined £30 on the spot, but I don't think Lastma have any right to arrest bicycle riders in lasgidi. Or are they are new laws I'm not aware about??

When i saw this scene dat caught my attention, i no fit laff, but 2 snap pictures.....The rider was just helpless and looking on with marvel. Bicycle of how much. Imagine Lastma packed their pick up, all of them rush down, una know as dem dey do now, rush go meet the guy on him bicycle, and 2 of them just hold the bicycle handle as if d guy wan zoom off in order 2 escape them. Then the Oga finally came down and was asking the guy questions wey i no 2 grab. But i know say dem dey read him offense to am or pay 30k on the spot....lol
