where is the Nigerian Digital technology we boost of? in the past five years the Nigerian satellite company installed a said state of the earth satellite on the obit, why cant we trace these hoodlums and finish them once and for-all. i feel bad when the Nigerian state becomes handicap in cases relating to BOKO-HARAM. OK AS AN ICT EXPERT LET ME DROP MY OPINION a call was made via phone (GSM) to another phone the interconnection was made via a particular network, why cant we trace this guys. of late i was informed of US experts coming to Nigeria, the question is what happened to it? BOKO-HARAM is a master mind of an individual or group of individuals (just as biafra is a master mind of Ojukwu) therefore there is a need to fetch the master minds of BOKO-HARAM.
