serzly its not all abt government.even if nigeria bcomes a beta place dere wuld still be ppl lyk dis.some of d thieves out dere re from a well to do home dat has all d opportunity for education but ost of dem due 2 d type of fnds dey keep,laziness and their personal decision dey end up becoming thieves and scams.

But seriously it's really sad to see these youths engaging in such acts instead of Channeling their strength to doing some positive and productive things.  We often blame the government but these are able bodied young men who should be doing some legal jobs to get by.... but instead they choose crime..      Anyways, the bottom line is they are very lazy and greedy..  Forcefully snatching from others what they have labored for is an unpardonable crime, and am glad those set have ran out on luck.
