The judge must be a fool.Is he not punishing the parent knowing they are both from the same mom or dad.
Seondly he`s still underage.
Thirdly he doesn`t own the gun.
And also there was a fight and you have the right to defend yourself.At least we are not the big fool like naija who cannot defend herself from boko haram killing innocent nigerians
So my conclusion the judge needed to sentence someone to death before he resigns or the boy`s lawyer is a quack who doesn`t know his job or maybe  a bit of both.

It's not surprising. The problems with our youths these days is the issues of cultism, even in our villages. So the death sentence by hangimg serves him well.
