The guy is not saying there is no God.He is trying to explain the universe according to science. He did say the one thing he believes science would never be able to explain is how or why the first universe got started.He also said that scientists are always proving that they were wrong and that even the 4% of knowledge of the universe  is based on an idea they are thinking about. This is the same scientist who discovered the other scientists got it all wrong when for years and years they said blackholes sucked in all matter. In this interview to me he is basically saying it is a great challenge to ever understand and explain  thru  science how any part of the universe works.

Seriously guys, the holy quran partly explained that the moon, the earth, the sun and other planetary bodies in space all follow the same course since they have been created. And also it talked about the segregation of the atmospheric bodies, the big bang and many other proves of the existence of the universe. check the link below.

he said something that i like so much,something that moves me.he said at{ 6;30 time}THAT HE DON'T THINK THAT SCIENTIST WILL EVER TRULLY UNDERSTAND CREATION BECAUSE HE DON'T THINK THAT THEY KNOW WERE THE LAWS OF PHYSICS CAME FROM..............am not going to blame any body,just bcos he chose his own career,but all am going to tell every body,including the scientist is"ther's no need to ask if God trully exist,cos the answer to that question is in you. you can only notice the existence of God in your life"no where else"

It's a pity how people use religion as an excuse for not been able to make maximum use of their cerebral cortex. if your perception of what life is about ends at: 'then God created man' then my heart bleeds for you. I believe in God, but i KNOW there is more to how species came into this planet than 'And God said'. your not been able to assimilate the principles behind THE BIG BANG doesn't make it false. A scientist saying only 4% of the universe is understood clearly doesn't imply that the same 4% of our knowledge is false. It should rather mean that there's a lot of things society needs to understand about the universe thus, triggering the urge for knowledge. I bet less than 4% of visitors of this site is aware of the Higgs Boson. We keep wondering why Nigeria is not recognised as a scientific community when the best argument Nigerians can give about how this universe came about is 'And God said'.
