She simply said the truth, There are so many practices in Nigeria that are uncivilized like drug dispensing, public transportation management.etc I think what she should have said is Nigeria is not organized.

Bt lets b honest, if we look around us, its obvious we are not a civilised ppl. A country that is supposed to be the richest in the world is a dumping ground,see our skools see our infracstructures, see religious and ethnicicity, jst look around u, we are not civilised honestly. Bt if u think we are go on prove it. Using our population as parameter and our envioroment. Am waiting.

When you say Nigerians are not civilised, does that include people like Neglito, Chinue Achebe, Wole Soyinka, Cardinal Arinze, Philip Emeagwali, Chimanda Adichie, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala,Lamido Sanusi to mention but a few. Nigerians are great people that are respected globally the problem lies with the system, A civilsed mind can hardly function in an unorganized environment, hence Nigerians in diaspora excels in various fields.
