I take it by "enemies" you mean those who are unable to fly out to foreign lands for medical attention? .

You may be correct. His "enemies" may die before him after all they cannot afford to fly out of the country for medical attention.  After all, the PRESIDENT has shown us and the whole world by his action that all Nigeria's medical personnel put together are not qualified to treat him!!!
