See where conscience  and good governance rages like a fire,he was elected to govern not to rule,but in Africa and Nigeria in particular,he would kept a blind eyes and honor the those who caused the inferno destructions,NITEL was a typical example.Nigerian President then was about to travel and he did without no conscience and accontability.
