my friend stop making noise, go to police station and make a report, call your bank and block your card with the pepper the police gave to you then ask for your working permit for your drivers licence go to traffic and get another one. dont you know that your in ukraine before ?

You must be stupid by leaving your wallet in ur car, What if something happen where you are dinning and winning and you need to i dentify urself ? You'll first end up in cel b4 anything, ID and wallet meant for pocket...Sorry anyway...
