Suspected ritualist nabbed with three siblings in Lagos.......

A SUSPECTED ritualist was this weekend, apprehended at Iyana Iba market in Lagos for allegedly kidnapping three children.

The suspect allegedly took the children, aged four, six and seven years, on the pretext that he wanted to buy biscuits for them.
Speaking to Vanguard, the mother of the children, Mrs. Iyabo Lawal, said: “I was in the shop when the man passed the first time, I didn’t know he was monitoring my kids who were playing with my mother in her shop

“I was busy attending to customers and didn’t notice when my children followed him. I thought they were still playing in my mother’s shop, not knowing that a stranger had taken them away. “Some people, who saw my children with the man at the end of Iyana Iba road, questioned him on what he was doing with the children and he told them he was going to buy something for them. “When he could not answer the neighbours satisfactorily, they raised alarm and people gathered and started beating him.

“At this time I had started looking for my children when someone alerted me that they had seen them with a man at the other side of road.”
Vanguard gathered that but if not for the intervention of mobile policemen attached to CTU Base 2, Anti Terrorism, Ikeja, the mob would have lynched the man.

The suspect, who identified himself as Ihenacho and claimed to be a security man at Alaba International Market, refused to disclose what he was doing with the children.

The suspect was later handed over to policemen from Ojo Police Division.

Women. Should be careful with the way they leave their children. Imagine 3 children off her sight and she never noticed until God intervention ed by letting angry mob catch the man. What if he had succeeded? He would have been blaming one witch from her village. Mtcheeew! As for dat Ihenacho, his 2 hands should be cut off so that he won't have hands to do kidnapping again.

Just LOOK at the children. What do you see?

I see children looking bewildered and lost.

For how long will this be the plight of children born into the continent of Africa.

The 3 childten in the photo should be at their age be living and loving life, enjoying the joys of theirfamilies, playing with friends in the school playground, being looked after when ill and learning the POSITIVE ways of their cultural backgrounds.

But we have the opposite and this opposite is the lot of most children in our society. If they are not on the streets selling btead, they are sent awsy as househelps or used as servants in their own families.

Childten should be taught about STRANGER-DANGER! The mother saying "I was busy with a customer" is the WORST excuse in the book. If her children would follow someone who is offering them something as small as a biscuit - the mother has questions to answer.  And their father!

The mother putting the lives of the younger siblings in the hand of the 7 year old ( because that is what she has done while "busy" selling) is wrong.  A mother should be a mother and her children should be MORE important to her. Just have the number of children you can adequately care for.

She is a very lucky mother and she should from now on get her PRIORITIES in life sorted out!
