intresting what the FG is doing but dumb i'll say.let us pls answer the following questions: 1:how long is this going to be (for the rest of their life time or woould it end soon after a new FG take over and find he can not make as much money as he wants from the programme);2:is paying the militant going to end the crisis in niger delta (NO, its only going to postpone the final detoratation of the inssue cos the fight in niger delta would not end until the cause of the problems are tarcled and not the problem itself);3: what happens when the militants start asking for increament in their wage(d start treating them the way we treat the medical doctors who have it a point to call to forget their ethics and fight for money rather than saving lifes and inproving the health sector as though they are the only ones in the health sector forgetting that the body is incomplete with out the finger nail whose essence we may not recongnise). so people,the life of nigerians and infarstructural facilities can be made better for nigerians and those in the niger delta if the sources of the problems are faced,such as,developing the aeres where oil is been drilled from,minimising spilage and putting facilities in place to ensure that sure inevitable problems are delt with as soon as they happen.i'll stop here for now n belive we will look at nigeria more closely. peace to all.
