Hey, it's her husband and marriage vows say "for better for worse, in sickness and in health, till death do us path". she should forgive him cos in the first place she wasn't supposed to deprive him of his conjugal rights. For crying out loud, i believe she said those words in the marriage vow.
if marriage means this its sure im not gonna get married. by the way if they have kids and the men started to have AIDS and the woman didnt have it how did he get it? maybe he was not even keeping the rules of marriage

A good answer to that question, how did he get it , as if HIV could not be contracted by many other means

for the woman not to have abandoned the man in the most painful and difficult time in his life should have been enough reason why he shouldn't have done that to her... he can get sex else where or berra still abstain... who knows where he got the hiv from in the first place...

I agree to u'r first point, but disagree to u'r  second point, if the wife could not allow him to have sex with her, who else could do that or are u suggesting that he infects unsuspecting persons rather than his wife?

Yeah, he is really a wolf in a sheep clothes; he had not played the real loving husband he is assumed to be...., but had doomed himself just for the sake and desire to have a regular sex with his innocent wife.

An HIV-positive man has infected his wife with the virus, which can cause Aids, by pricking her with a sewing needle dipped in his own blood.

The man injected his wife while she slept. It is believed he wanted to give her the disease so she would start having sex with him again, the Sunday Star Times reported.

It is the first case of its kind in New Zealand. Other cases have seen HIV-positive people infect others through unprotected sex.

She described how in May this year she discovered a sting-like mark on her left thigh. Later that morning, when she returned home from her nursing studies unexpectedly, she saw her husband in the bedroom with a syringe full of blood.

Two days later she awoke to a stinging feeling in her leg. He denied pricking her but later she found evidence of "blood sprinkles" on the duvet.

In September, when her doctor suggested a test at a routine check-up, that she found she was HIV-positive.

Police charged the man in October this year.

The couple had been experiencing relationship problems, in part because of the woman's refusal to have sex with him, as she feared she would contract the disease.

The woman said when she confronted the husband with the diagnosis late last september he admitted dipping a "sewing needle" in his blood and pricking her with it.

"All he said [was] he was sorry. He said: `I used needles on you because I wanted you to be the same as me so that you can live with me and you won't leave me'."
Now in your curiosity or rage....., what do you think the woman should do to man to mitigate the pains  caused by her own husband, should she go on press charges against him or leave things to fate?

chie, he has made them both, to become living corpses

It's for sure he is not gonna spend anything less than 10 years in jail, coz Newzealand law is very tough with cases of this nature. It's silent murder that the man has committed.
