It´s kind of respectless if flirting in front of your love one. She should stop that in his presence, if she loves him. In general is harmless, so long it does not mean anything. It s how we test our charisma to others. Life should not be to serious. So joking and fliriting can be part of our lifes, so long u dont hurt ur love one with it.

Do u really think she does love u as she claim? Wat could be her reason for flirtin? Pls confront her, and if her answer remain on the fact that u dont satisfy her, then i think u will need to adjust so as not to loose her to somebody else.
