Buhari was blaming Jonathan for not have done anything about boko haram, but look at him now,  about 4 months in office  he is just talking about negotiation.

Any Nation or State that negotiates with terrorists or people with treasonable act is a failure and doomed. Why did NIGERIA not negotiate with BIAFRA!. . Boko Haram is winning the war by saying No NIGERIA but Boko Haram Country. A country and Ledership that abhor integrity and embrace corruption is doomed. Negotiation with invisible Boko Haram is corruption. Buhari and APC is corruption. Yeye de smell.
