Was he a Bishop before becoming a governor? Why does he have such hat worn by bishops and pope? I hope he prays for non-discrimination and ethnicity problems in the country. he should taken with him some of the Kings and traditional leaders who now see fellow Nigerians as visitors in their respective localities.
