Governor Malam Nasir El-Rufai yesterday hosted Super Eagles players to a dinner after their clash with Egypt team.Speaking at the dinner,Super Eagles captain John Obi Mikel thanked Kaduna State governor for his support and assured him the team will do well in Egypt .
Earlier on Gov. El-Rufai,his deputy & Sports Minister Solomon Dalung were at Ahmadu Bello Stadium to support the team.

Gone are the better days of Nigeria Eagles ! Lord have mercy ! When u hear eagles back in the 90s you shiver ,man not anymore .Eagles against any team back then was a threat ,they sweat in the pants before competition .The likes of JJ,Kanu ,Finidi G ,Amokachi,Austin E ,Celestine Babayaro ,Mutiu,oliseh ,Amuneke,Peter Rufai ,Rashidi Goal King yekini .Now ,mention any formidable name in current eagle ,I see nothing but the name Eagle .The little achievement recorded so far is still riding on the success of the past golden age Eagles .

Approach second leg with seriousness, especially in the striking force. Starting at 1st min. There's no how this super eagles boys will not win in Egypt. I trust the boys.
