The word hermoprodite means that the individual has both sex reproductive organs. But in this case, you said he has only a male reproductive organ only that his Bosom  developed like a female own at adolescence. This is as a result of homonal imbalance and that does not make him a hermophrodite.
You should know how to caption your post before uploading. Nigerian readers are not fools and commentries should not be anyhow .Most times comments I read are indescent and discouraging to those accessing the gistmania site. Surely the site is not meant for anyhow posts and comments. It is not only Nigerians that access this site hence we need to be guided accordingly.
