it's true bros but their government only steal small and used the main income in their infrastructures(good roads,good sports and hospital facilities,Nepa no dey carry light anyhow and so on)so as u can see no one will notice they're poor,,for instance 90's war torn Bosnia&Herzegovina could move forward faster and far better than all the countries ruled by black people(Evil thief politicians)within a short time.so it's very noticeable in africa where their governments steal everything and left their people with very poor infrastructures,very dirty and poor environment,hunger poverty no Electricity and a lot more,when u go or see some african villages in tv,are you not very disappointed?
