Only in Nigeria do they hail criminals, thieves , yahoo boys..in civilized society these people are shamed..This idiot stole all of Kwara state money buying properties abroad and took millions of dollars in loans from banks without paying back.He left Kwara state worse off than before he became governor. People are hailing him..shocking
