PHOTOS: Lagos Bus Conductor Jumps Into Canal To Escape Mob Lynching After Deceiving Them

The man who witnessed the incident shared this on Facebook:



Lagos Na Wa! Our Conductor just jumped into canal now. We board a bus from Ajah to CMS @N250, when we got to Ikate roundabout, they wanted to transfer us to another bus, that they are no longer going to CMS, so all the old ladies in the bus said NO!

They are not leaving the bus, it has to take us to CMS, so one grabbed his shirt, he just
quickly jumped into the canal, nearly taking the old lady along!

How does one know which LANE they are driving along in Lagos? There's no markings on the road!!

And I don't understand. Was the driver REFUSING to give back part of the money to the passengers to complete their journey???

Does being OLD in Nigeria give you preferential treatment?

If it does how come pensioners go unpaid?
