Antonio Conte’s side can win Group C tonight with a victory over Diego Simeone’s men, in a match which the Spaniard’s must win to stand any chance of progressing to the knock-out stages.
Even if Atletico do win, their fate will be decided in the Italian capital, where Roma face Qarabag. A victory for the Serie A side will condemn Atletico to the Europa League.
Diego Simeone's men are unbeaten in their last 13 matches in all competitions. However, the majority of those results were draws that have cost them in LaLiga and the Champions League. They have won their last four matches, including their 2-0 triumph over Roma last time out in the competition, and will need a similar performance this evening against the Blues to have a hope of qualifying.

After a rocky patch in their campaign in October, Chelsea appear to be firing on all cylinders once again. Antonio Conte's men are unbeaten in their six matches in all competitions, including their 3-1 triumph over Newcastle at the weekend. Conte will be determined to end the group stage on top of the table - therefore expect his side to go for the kill to knock out a potential rival for the Champions League crown.

Chelsea are through to the next stage of the Champions League, but a win this evening will send them through as winners of Group C. Atletico need to win to have any hope of qualifying for the knockout round. They're two points behind Roma in second place and the Spanish outfit know that even a win in London this evening may not be good enough.
