Gud Morning To Those With Home Training-Uche Jombo Slams New Actors Who Say Her Kind Are Getting Old

Actress Uche Jombo has thrown a shade at new actors in the movie industry who feel it is a shameful thing that stars like herself are getting old.

According to her, such newcomers don’t know what it takes to be in the industry for over 15 years and still counting, that’s why they disrespect her generation who paved the way from them.

Its amazing how ‘young’ people think saying “you are old / getting old is an insult to entertainers before them Give your stardom 15 to 20years if YOU are still here, still playing at the top maybe just maybe….. anyone can be a star….staying power though? Once you actually can say I have staying power you will Never think to insult those who walked so you can RUN.

I personally can’t stand people who lack respect even if they are talented not to talk of those with very little talent.

Never sister. Only in Nigeria real actors and actresses are abandoned because of money. Producers and Directors  have  sheepishly failed to  exploit the  experienced entertainers. They would rather go for cheap star ups, pay them  kobos for  virtually narrating lines  on TVs. You see why most of the movies are so difficult to watch, horrible hours to  look at   actors and actresses just  virtually reading  lines with little of no movement  . Movies are sold  on  established names not mere  lefu lefu beauty stardom. Well the American are still cashing on Denirro, Cloney, Mary Stripe, Jenny, Morgan Freeman, etc etc. Movies are about experience, start ups  play minor roles  until they're in full gear. The fact that in nija even  the veteran actors and actresses were paid pennies . Compare the Nollywood  industry to  like the south African  or Tanzanian ones. In Nigeria everyone is just about making  money. You see the class show of Genevieve in the Lion heart, real actors and actresses  doing business. Sis relax yah, nothing  good on the screens these days.
