Niger Delta militants protesting against non-registration and non-payment of their allowance reportedly blocked the Abaji-Gwagwalada end of the road to Abuja, leaving thousands of commuters stranded on the busy highway.

The militants who were prevented from entering Abuja by policemen vented their frustration by taking over the road and causing serious traffic gridlock that lasted for hours.

Only last week, some militants in Cross River state, rough-handled Alaibe at the ”peace training” camp in Obubra, near Calabar, over the same issues.

I DONT KNOW WHY GOVERNMENT GIVE THOSE MORONS OPPORTUNITY, IT'S THIS OPPORTUNITY THAT THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF TO RIDE ON THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

SOILDERS SHOULD RIDE ON THEM AS THEY RIDE IN JOS AND BOKO ARRAM, WITH FEARING MEDIA OR HUMAN RIGHT SO THAT WE WILL GAVE PEACE AT THE END....PERIOD. COS IF MILITANT SAYS THEY DONT WANT TO REST, I THINK GOVERNMENT SHOULD PUT THEM IN THERE PLACE, I MEAN WHERE THEY REALLY BELONG.

Give to caeser what belongs to caeser.person wey nor wear shoe nor go know where it pinches. 95% of Nigeria wealth is dependent on oil,yet the communities where this oil is derived are living in slums. It's not fair at all,and government keeps reneging on promises.
