Afterall, he must have worked real hard to get where he is A lot depends on how long they've been dating. If they've been together one or two years or more, and he still hasn't gotten past giving her such token amount (when he can really afford much more) then it's either he is a very stingy man or he doesn't really care. One cannot claim that the man is testing her for that long span of time. If a guy like that proposes, the lady had better think well before responding. Otherwise, if she accepts, she may find that she has probably condemned herself to a life of misery. Just because a lot of men are elusive, and unwilling to commit to marriage doesn't mean that you have to continue to slave senselessly for a man who hardly appreciates it.

He stays in a 2 bedroom flat apartment and building his duplex at hand.
I always spend ma weekend with him
does his cookin, wash his cloth, put d house in order and d likes
But this guy gives me N500 or 1k for my TF, till we see again in d ff week, no pocket money
No care, and doesnt want to knw if u ar dieing or not
I ve a man like this yet am struggling 2 make ma hair and live like a lady
