Ignorance is what cause a lot of persons to discriminate but my advice to you is learn about this Virus/Disease. There are a lot of persons living with it especially in Nigeria and because of Stigma and Discrimination they tends to do what you prescribe or went about spreading it.
Stop discrimination Xter. It is a sickness and sickness is not one that others should use against his fellow human being. Diabetes and Cancer is worst than living with HIV/AIDS. Diabetes is among black people because of what they eat. Stop discriminate because you never know what can behold you in life. Hugs
