May I refer those who cares to know to read my advice to Rose Gabriel underneath her complaint - 1st page.

Underexposure and myopic is a disease. What this lady did is very normal and natural all over the world. Who is not interested to have a successful person as partner? This guy is a German diplomat. Many Kenyans and other African ladies had married this way.

Those who love money of a person, just get some tips and not the bulk. Who tries luck and wins, wins the bulk, and that could happen through marriage or strong and honest relationship, unless you are a dirty crook.

I would never like to date a girl twice who I notice is after my money. No matter how she plays the game, a sceptical person like me would fairly find out, at least often times.

I am disappointed with some Nigerians here who accuse this lady of wrong doing.  More surprisingly from fellow women, who blame her, advise her why not go for the money, and bla bla bla. Anyway, this is what is obtainable in a country like Nigeria where rule of law is non-existent. May be, these people judge the world from that their environment they live.

She only needs information, facts and figures to work with, and present it correctly and at the appropriate quarters, and she will get redressed. She must not marry the man to have a baby, but she can one hundred per cent get a child support which is not a small money until the child is 18 years.

This is a law that is OPERATIONAL AND NORMAL in Germany, not in our Nigeria. She can stay in Nigeria and still get the law to her favour.

Her approach now, first making it open through the press, second the use of "well-informed and if possible Overseas educated lawyers practicing in Nigeria", third the use of the information available, presenting the complaints at the appropriate offices, and follow it up. It may take long time, but it MUST work at the end of the tunnel.

What is important here is not the right of the lady, but the right of the child, which we ignore in Africa in general.

I am sure that those who does not understand the workable "rule of law" will definitely misunderstand my writing.

Lady Rose, you are the correct babe. I like your wits and guts. Fight on!

For us in Nigeria to develop and survive: 

WE NEED CRITICAL THINKING NOT DOGMA.

WE NEED TO HAVE OPEN-MINDEDNESS IN COMMUNICATION NOT DISTRUST AND DECEITS.

WE NEED INFORMATION AND JOB NOT BLIND FAITH.

WE NEED REASON AND DEEPER REASONING, NOT REVELATIONS AND RELIGION ONLY

WE NEED EDUCATION, INDUSTRY AND TECHNOLOGY TO WORK NOT PRAYER ONLY.

WE NEED TOLERANCE, LOVE AND PASSION FOR OUR CITIZENS NOT HATRED AND SELF CRITICISM.

WE NEED SUITABLE DEMOCRACY AND STRONG INSTITUTIONS NOT AUTOCRACY AND BIG MAN SYNDROME

WE NEED SCEPTISM NOT PENTECOSTALISM.

So the blending of information, education, science, socio-economic, cultural, religions and technological disciplines is necessary

This is one of the outcomes of greed. One should only feel sorry for the innocent child who would certainly be the victim.
From the story, we were told the German had fleet of other girls. One can make an assumption and rightly too, that since he had been sleeping with Ross without the use of a condom, it can equally mean he had been doing same to his other girlfriends. This further means Ross and her child are at a very high risk of contracting the HIV virus. I'll therefore suggest Rose go for a HIV test while the child can go undergo a PCR at this early age. This would help in getting early access to PMTCT services and prevent untold hardship to the child and mother if not tested, and unknowingly one or both are infected. On the other hand, if both are negative, Glory would be to God for sparing them from this wolf of a human being.
All should pray for this nation. This just a pint out of the so many ounces of atrocities being comiitted in this country.

What nonsense in my country.The authority should do something about it.That goes too for our ladies that jump on anything just for money.Would I be wrong to say it serves her right but two wrongs makes no right.So justice must be done that they smuggled him out of the country is no excuse.He must be brought back to face his responsibilities.Didn't he know he has a wife in Germany before coming to play with our daughter?Please we will like the follow up on this issue NaijaPals.Let it not be just talked and end story please.

 Once the father signs, the rest fall in place, The child has the right to live in Nigeria or Germany and the mother has to choose where they live.  Biestand hilfe is a provision made by the germans to help children get their fathers to sign . I do not see any case here, i only see lack of information and proper filling in of documents. Since the child father is suspected to be german, the child has a right to beistand hilfe, and since beistand hilfe must be applied in person, they (mother and child) have a right to visa, for this application. .

 I still think she should make an appointment in this office, and apply for a visa on that regard.

  Is not enough for u to call her a fool. she probably taught it will get better, Most women run after men that don´t really want them , and men do the same.  It is a philosophy that U and i can´t explain. She would have probably only said how she was abandoned and kept the other details to her self. She is definitely very open, and it is not the best way to go about things. My prayer is that things get better for her and her Baby.
