Why do they have all those road nets, developed economy, water supply, foreseeing future etc? And next question: WHEN? When do we understand that Africa must, should and can live the same way? When will there come a great shift in minds, in politics, in international relationship to give all peoples on earth equal rights and opportunities? Next question: WHAT? What should we do to make this great shift closer? And one more question: WHO? Who is responsible for positive changes in the world? Who will lead the world in the right direction? Who will build that fairy-tale-like life in Africa? Europeans and americans will not come for free, if to talk about authorities and governments. yess i think europe is better than africa bcuz here in europe there are good hospitals with good certified doctors and good medication. and everybody can go to school so you don't have to bee rich to go to school. there is clean drink water and a lot of diffrent food. and here if you have a job you will get payed very good. and here nobody gets sick very easy. but on the other side africa is good you dont have to worry about bills and that kind of things. | Posted: at 23-10-2010 02:50 PM (14 years ago) | Newbie | |

personally... home will always be the best place to be. It doesn't matter where 'home' is. All we need to do is work hard and make it a better place for ourselves and our future generation. That means we need to stop being selfish and not just focus on our own personal gains.. but for the general good... Fight corruption and fight for basic human rights. Fight pollution and stop destroying nature. It all starts in our own home.. Every little bit makes a difference.. Sure Europe looks like a better place.... but Africa can be equally as good! Hell, every country in this world can be heaven on earth if EVERYONE stand together and strive to make it a better place. So instead of always just grumbling and complaining about how terrible our country is.. why not lets go out there and make a difference? Let's educate ourselves and open up our mind. Stop corruption. Stop oppression. Stop BEING oppressed. Don't just do what's right for ourselves.. do what's right for EVERYONE. So what if we die trying to make the world a better place? At least we die trying! i can still remember vividely those days when i was preparing to travell abroad,how i use to fast and pray for days without food,moving from one church to another with my mother,all on the pretest that europe will yield every moment of greenglories,only to arrive europe and realised that all that glitters in my dream were not gold,if we nigerians in the diasporal can contribute in the development of our great nation nigeria, we will all find out that nigeria in question is far more better than any other place on planet earth, it is better late than never, for a drop of water from each an every one of us can still form a mighty oceen, please dont get me wrong with the word *contribute* it does not mean we must contribute moneterily.we should inculcate the skills and knowledge acquired abroad into the system. | Posted: at 29-10-2010 05:31 AM (14 years ago) | Upcoming | |
