millions of coopers in nija can handle, this but the problem is they don't have connection while the foolish ones that have godfathers are employed to do the job because of the money involved

The corpers need some tutorials on how to use these DDC machines. So do not blame them.
but they all went through some trainings before the registration

Reading through the comments, evaluating the grammar and choice of words, I have come to agree with INEC. The fault is with the corpers. 90% of the posts here are what i'll call groaners! Hence majority of us here claims to be graduates and undergraduates.
Is English language that difficult?

wen ppl wey de even study comp science for naiia from 100 level up till their final year na so so maths and physics dem de do... how u go expect them to know how to use computer..... then what do u expect from students that graduated with honors in other courses who don't even offer a compulsory IT course every year till they graduate.....the curriculum in the universities must be revisited...... or else we we are doomed.....

hmmmmm, ohh this is sensitive issue, not a laughing matter, that the inec.ddc nd corpers re seriously taken the country for play.
the only way out is  let the sector come together to fish out the lasting solution, this is not time for blaims, dont blaim corpers cos they dont use such machines in school even if they went  for training, should be giving more time punto
