In Nigeria the reverse is the case even private and teaching hospitals cannot provide safe system of child delivery. In Nigeria they exploit you in terms of high charges and also lucky to make it alive. In the USA and UK, if your husband is a citizen you pay little or nothing to have healthcare, even procedure that demands high expert skills you pay nothing as a citizen. More so, when a child is born the child is registered at the tax office, social security number provided and soon begins to get child support from the local government council as part of child right. So, which of these do we have in Nigeria! A. Quality medical care + Good insurance for both mum and new kid. B. Ability to secure dual citizenship to avoid unnecessary embarrassment from all this consulates.
